Sorry it’s been so long since I’ve posted a new recipe—I intend to get to that soon! But in the meantime, for those of you in the NYC area, the New York Vegetarian Food Festival takes place this weekend, March 3rd and 4th. I’ll be demonstrating how to make a veggie burger on Saturday at 11:45, but there’s all kinds of other great stuff happening and you could easily spend all weekend there. Should be fun.
