At Misen, we developed countless assets to help customers better understand the whys and hows of seasoning carbon steel. This Instagram post I developed performed excellently, and was a frequent tool for the customer service team.
In this YouTube video, for which I wrote the storyboard and script, we responded to customers cleaning questions for carbon steel.
This Carbon Steel 101 landing page was overall a successful, and frequently used, resource.
And in the vein of use & care, we often sought to motivate home cooks to reach for carbon steel or stainless steel over their nonstick pans — such as with this viral TikTok that we developed.

Our product page designs required a minimum of three key features, and our mandate was always to frame a feature not as an esoteric design choice, but as a deliberate customer benefit.
